$50,000–$75,000 ($24–$28/hr) + production pay + company-paid medical, dental & vision
You're past doing ONLY oil changes. You're NOT done learning. This is where you become an A-tech.
Maybe you're at a shop that keeps you on brakes and maintenance because you're "good at it." Maybe you're on flat rate pay, praying for gravy work and eating the warranty jobs. Maybe you ask for help and get a shrug.

Domestic, Asian, European, light-duty diesel, and fleet. Drivability, electrical, A/C, no-starts, and diag, not just the easy stuff. When you hit a wall, an A-tech is a bay away and willing to walk you through it.
Use tools that don't fight you.
PicoScope. Factory OE software. Pro-level scan tools. Hunter Hawkeye Elite alignment. Road Force balancer. Modern equipment. 19 bays across two buildings, and we're still adding.
Get a clear path to A-tech pay.
Our Advanced Technician role pays $70K–$100K, and we'd rather promote you into it than hire from outside. Build the skills, earn the certs, and move up.
Get additional training while working with us.
AVI online training, local classes, industry events, and ASE certification reimbursement. You bring the drive. We help you to continue to do better.
Get your evenings and weekends back.
Monday–Friday, [8:00–5:00]. We get the work done and go home. Constant overtime isn't a badge of honor here.
We do have some evening classes that most of the TOP shops attend.
The package:

You're our tech if you:
- Have [3–5] years in the bay and your own tools.
- Can handle maintenance and repair independently and want more diag work.
- Hold ASEs, or want to get them.
- Take pride in fixing it right the first time.
- Have a valid, insurable driver's license.
- Can be dependable.
- Have the drive to “Always be Learning”.
- Want to be at a TOP shop that keeps getting better.
